SECURITY & CLEANING SERVICE

Security Service

     Recruitment

Qualified security  guards  will  be recruited and maintained by advertising and  screening based on valid ID,  police clearance,  eligible guarantor, medical certificate, previous work experience, level of understanding of the job, overall motivation for becoming a security personnel and recruit.

     Training

  • Security guards will be provided with extensive training prior to starting the job including ongoing refresher trainings. Training will be provided by the Head of Security and/or other training centers.
  • The training will include, but not limited to, crime prevention; main and specific activities of security guards; security disciplines and ethics ; accident response; use of supportive body search material (gun, stick, radio, body search device, etc.); signals and precautions of terrorism activities, etc.

      Deployment

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the site and determine the number of personnel and gender breakdown needed.
  • Security staff will be assigned to every entrance, watchtowers, lifts, surrounding areas, ground, parking lots, etc. as appropriate
  • At the main gate, depending on client requirement, a security staff will be assigned with the responsibility to register guests and their electronic products such as laptops
  • Each site requiring a body search will have a male and female security staff assigned at the main gate
  • Work hours will be 24/7
  • Each site will have a site supervisor comprised of the security team. The site supervisor will be responsible for tracking the attendance of security staff members

       Supervision

  • The necessary supervision will be carried out by site supervisors including the head of security
  • Random and unannounced visits to sites will be conducted to ensure that security team is doing its’ work properly (day and night)
  • Site supervisors will record absentees and take the necessary administrative measure before submitting the daily reports
  • Supervisors will also replace security personnel who is absent

       Gears

  • To effectively do their job, security personnel are provided with appropriate uniform and equipment

 

Cleaning Service

         Recruitment

Qualified cleaners will be recruited and maintained by advertising and screening based on valid ID, police clearance, eligible guarantor, medical certificate, previous work experience, level of understanding of the job, overall motivation and recruit.

         Training

Cleaners will be provided with extensive training prior to starting the job including ongoing refresher trainings. Training will be provided by the Head of Cleaners and/or other training centers.

         Deployment

  • We provide cleaning services for all common areas and work with property owners to up-keep the desired look and feel of the space.
  • We offer a comprehensive waste management schedule which includes regular garbage collection, cleaning of garbage chutes (if applicable), maintenance of garbage areas, and disposal of garbage out of buildings.

          Supervision

  • The necessary supervision will be carried out by site supervisors including the head of cleaning
  • Random and unannounced visits to sites will be conducted to ensure that cleaners are doing their work properly
  • Site supervisors will record absentees and take the necessary administrative measure before submitting the daily reports
  • Supervisors will also replace cleaners who are absent
